Chat Messages: When you use the live chat feature to message your coach, the text content of your messages is stored securely.

B. Information Collected Automatically
Device Identifiers: We collect device tokens for Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Google Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications.
Authentication Tokens: Firebase Auth generates a unique secure User ID (UID) to verify your identity.
Usage Statistics: We may collect minor metadata on how you interact with the App (such as screens visited, features used, and booking logs) to ensure application stability and improve services.

1. Provide and Maintain Services: To create your account, authenticate your login, save your coaching schedule, and manage your user profile.
2. Enable Communication: To deliver real-time messages between you and your wellness/life coach via the in-app chat.
3. Schedule Management: To manage and track calendar appointments, bookings, and coach availabilities.
4. Push Notifications: To notify you about new messages, session updates, or reminders (if you have opted-in to notifications).
5. App Security & Improvement:  To protect our services from unauthorized access and resolve application issues or errors.

With Your Wellness/Life Coach: Your chat messages, profile details, and booking requests are shared directly with your assigned coach (e.g., Cheryl Patterson) to facilitate coaching services.
Service Providers: We utilize third-party cloud infrastructure (specifically Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, and push notifications). These service providers process your data solely on our behalf and are bound by strict data protection agreements.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Encryption:  All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) protocols.
Secure Database Infrastructure: Your data is hosted on Google Cloud Firestore, which is secured by fine-grained Firestore Security Rules to prevent unauthorized read/write access.
Firebase Authentication: Account credentials are encrypted and managed directly by Firebase Auth; passwords are not readable by us.

However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Account and Data Deletion
Apple App Store Review Guidelines require that users must have an easy way to delete their account and associated data.
How to Request Deletion:  You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (including chat history, profile, and bookings) at any time by contacting us directly at Cheryl.Patterson@gmail.com.
Processing Time: Once we verify your request, your account will be disabled, and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our databases within 7 business days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately from our servers.
